Same to you. Hope everyone has a good holiday
Should we try calling up more people from the AHL?
Terrible pass by Jarnkrok, but even more horrible play by Hamhuis at the end of regulation. He's got an open man 2 feet away from him who can chip it out and he decides to....I don't know what, but the result was to turn the puck over. And of course the entire team decides to chase the puck rather than covering the wide open sniper on the wide side.
We can't win at home much nowadays.
Or win period.
This feels like Trotz' last season.
I'm a Kentucky football fan but I've never seen anything that....., um, well, yeah,ok I have.... but that was definitely one of the worst choke jobs ever...
Hook doing so much right but that was soooooo wrong. And Hammer seems so done this year. Hate it and I love the player but he seems spent.
Well. Another point. Sigh.
Frustrating because they played a good hockey game. Two boneheaded plays and it slips away just like that.
I've been to 5 home games this year and have yet to see a win. I volunteer to stay home.
I will have a Free Turris sign in Raleigh on Friday.
The sign was at the game tonight. A fan held up a Happy Thanksgiving sign. Then dropped it with a Free Turris behind it. They changed camera's quickly after that.
Hamhuis and Jarnkrok served up all our pumpkin pie for the Knights tonight.
No. Milwaukee just set a franchise record with 11 wins in a row. They are on a big time roll.
Lavy needs to set his own house in order. How much payroll do you have up there?
Milwaukee scored 2 EN goals against Manitoba, now last night. Why are the Preds falling apart?
Poor Juuse, he saved their butts so many times tonight, only to be hung out to dry in overtime, twice.
Terrible decision by Hamhuis, complete control of the puck and now you decide not to ice it? That would have ended the game!
Any other time our players seem to have only one mindset, which is to ice it as soon as they have control of the puck. Instead of taking an extra second to try to skate it or just lob it out to the neutral zone, they just whip it down for the icing. Twice they did that, once going for the empty net.
What's also maddening is that it seems every time we pull our goalie, the other team just gets it and hits the empty net in about 10 seconds from the damn goal line like Vancouver did.
tell laviolette he's an idiot
Well then success of the AHL club isnt a goal above the NHL
But the problem at the NHL level continues. (It is Lavy. He needs to change what he is doing with the players, especially the forwards.)
You can't call up the entire team to fix your problem(s). I suspect that it wouldn't fix the issues in Nashville.
Happy a happy Thanksgiving!
